Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed a comfortable double room with a private bathroom. The walks along the coast were stunning, but I wished for more flexible dining options. A late-night snack would have been appreciated. Try to arrive earlier if you want dinner!

ideal spot for park walks and exploring nearby beaches
During my stay, I appreciated the clean and tidy bedroom which made my weekend city strolls quite enjoyable, and the excellent tasty full English breakfast that fueled my adventures around the nearby attractions, like a quick visit to Pretty Corner Woods, perfect for leisurely walks in nature and exploring Felbrigg Hall, a lovely estate just a short drive away. as a solo traveler, I found the friendly interaction with the staff refreshing and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere for relaxing after a day out, but the bathroom was a little chilly in the morning compared to the main bedroom.

we had a lovely 3-night stay at wheatsheaf. the dragonfly suite was beautifully decorated and offered easy ground-floor access, which was perfect for us. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great too! we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and the obliging staff made dining a pleasure.
the evening menu seemed a bit repetitive, but overall the meals were substantial and tasty. totally recommend.
